This Privacy Policy describes how Crest (also referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information received from you when you visit https://www.getcrest.ai (“Site”). Our Site is primarily designed to provide information to our customers and partners, particularly with respect to our various products and services, and caters to their requirements, which are typically businesses. This Privacy Policy lays down applicable data protection rights of the visitors of the Site and their right to object to processing their information.

- To provide a smooth experience while accessing our Site.
- We do not collect the whole IP but a part of it that is directly related to the user for a better user experience.
Information Purpose
- Crest’s URL’s that are accessed; and
- Internet protocol (IP) address.
2.2 We automatically collect log and usage data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Site and which we record in log files. 2.8 We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument.
