Will I be charged an implementation fee?

We don't charge an implementation fee for our Icon, Neo, and Pro plans, as long as you meet the minimum number of users required for each plan (specified in the pricing list above).

Is GST/VAT included in the prices displayed on the plans?

No, all prices displayed on our website are exclusive of 18% GST/VAT. The applicable GST/VAT will be added to the total amount at the time of checkout, depending on your location and the tax laws of your country.

Can I opt for less than the minimum number of users in any plan?

Yes, we do offer the flexibility to purchase fewer users if needed. However, please note that in such cases, a one-time implementation fee may be charged based on the complexity of your request. For more information, please contact our support team.

How can I add or remove users?

You can easily upgrade or downgrade the number of users once you're onboarded on Crest. You can do this directly from the platform itself, and any additional charges will be reflected in your payment portal.

How does the enterprise package work?

We have close to 1000 styles, and managing inventory manually was becoming difficult. Crest has really helped us bring down our out-of-stock rate, I’d say by around 20 - 25%. What I liked is that it doesn’t just rely on past sales, but also considers sales events, seasonality, and marketing spends.
Even things like vendor constraints - minimum order quantities or how fabric gets used across sizes, we’re able to factor those in, which makes it a better fit for how we actually work as a clothing brand.
