Our Site is primarily designed to provide information to our customers and partners, particularly with respect to our various products and services, and caters to their requirements, which are typically businesses.

2.9       Our Site usesGoogle Analytics, a web analysis service of Google, Inc. Google Analytics employs cookies that are stored on your computer in order to facilitate an analysis of your use of the Website. The information generated by these cookies, such as time, place and frequency of your visits to our Website, including your IP address, is transmitted to Google’s location in the US and stored there.

 

3.         Use of information collected by Crest and the legal basis for these uses

 

3.1       We use the information we collect or receive:

 

(i)        To facilitate account creation and login process. If you choose to link your account with us to a third-party account (such as your Google or Facebook account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process for the performance of the contract.

(ii)       To post testimonials. We post testimonials on our Site that may contain personal information.Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name and the content of the testimonial. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
