1. Scope

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions and services provided by Crest, including any modules such as Helix, Orion, Quantum, or other planning or forecasting tools under the getcrest.ai platform.

By using our services, you agree to this policy. For more information, please refer to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Free Trial and Evaluation

We may offer free trials or evaluation access for a limited period. No charges will apply during this period, and you may cancel anytime before the trial ends.

Refunds are not applicable to any charges incurred after the free trial ends unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your Crest account and accessing billing settings, or
- Sending an email to support@getcrest.ai

Upon cancellation:
- Access to services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial or pro-rata refunds will be issued for the remaining period unless required by applicable law or agreed upon separately in writing.

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the charge by writing to support@getcrest.ai with proof of payment and reason for refund.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment.

5. Third-Party Charges

We are not responsible for:
- Charges incurred from third-party services integrated with Crest, or
- Payment gateway processing fees (where applicable). These may be deducted from eligible refunds.

6. Custom Agreements and Enterprise Plans

If you are an enterprise customer with a custom Service Level Agreement (SLA) or commercial terms, your refund and cancellation rights will be governed by your signed contract with Crest. In case of any conflict, the contract terms will override this policy.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and reflected with a new effective date. Continued use of Crest after changes implies acceptance.
