Each Workflow runs at its own frequency, broadly divided into: Intra day (Hourly or Daily Refresh) and Inter day (Weekly/ Monthly Refresh)
Build and visualise data your way. Gain valuable insights that can inform effective decision-making, and easily download and share these insights with your coworkers. Each dashboard will contain up-to 10 widgets include Tables, Charts and KPI cards.
Much like workflows the dashboards also refresh at different frequencies, namely: inter day (hourly or daily refresh) and Intra day (weekly/ monthly)
Multiple users can be added on the platform to create new workflows, Perform workflow tasks, or simply view the reports generated by a workflow. Access to users can be restricted to specific data points/modules or only a view access to the dashboards.
With each workflow you subscribe to, one free user will be provided. Additional users can be added as per the business requirement for smoother operation.
Crest can be seamlessly integrated with your existing tech and logistic stack. There are readily available integrations which can get you up and running in no time.
Crest has built in Master Data portal which creates a base for ensuring all your critical product and operations data is captured with all the neccessary constraints. Crest acts as a source of truth for your Entire Supply Chain related constraints.

Will my data be secure?
We take data privacy very seriously. We have hosted our storage space in a private network on Google Cloud Platform. On top of it every customer data is encrypted at REST.
How long does it take to implement the platform?
On an average it takes 1-3 weeks to implement the platform depending on the scale and number of use cases.
How can I add or remove users?
You can easily upgrade or downgrade the number of users once you're onboarded on Crest. You can do this directly on the platform itself, and any additional charges will be reflected in your payment portal.
When does my billing cycle start?
Billing cycle starts from the day of onboarding.
What does my monthly billing include?
You won't pay both implementation and monthly recurring charges at the same time. Once the implementation process is completed, the monthly recurring charges will be due.
What is the minimum price to start using Crest?
Our minimum price includes 2 Workflows and 1 Dashboard which is also the default configuration of our pricing calculator.
Is GST/VAT included in the prices displayed on the plans?
No, all prices displayed on our website are exclusive of 18% GST/VAT. The applicable GST/VAT will be added to the total amount at the time of checkout, depending on your location and the tax laws of your country.
